The Avani Indigo cushion features a charming yet understated geometric pattern which works equally well as a background neutral or the main attraction. On this new reverse version, the design on the front is hand block printed using natural indigo dyes as the background with the motif in white. It reverses to a crisp white linen/cotton backing.

Care Instructions: Machine was in cool water on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low, warm iron as needed. Can also be dry cleaned.

  • 55% linen / 45% cotton.
  • Available in 22" square
  • Hidden zipper enclosure.
  • Hand block printed on one side. Reverses to solid white.

Our Story

Handmade In India

All of our products are handmade in collaboration with a group of independent artisans, designers, and crafters in India.

Our partner group is based in the village of Sanganer, which has been world-renowned as a major center for textile printing since the 18th century. During production, we work with multiple generations of families on all steps such as block-making, dyeing, printing and stitching.

Our aim is to develop a sustainable source of income for these families and ensure that the cultural heritage of hand block printing continues to flourish.
